On Friday, February 25, 2022, the Kansas Court of Appeals upheld a verdict obtained by Lee Law and Roenbaugh Schwalb for our client, Mid Kansas Agri. The case was tried in Pawnee County, in November of 2019 by lead counsel, Charles D. Lee, with the assistance of Micah Schwalb and Myndee M. Lee. The jury entered a verdict in favor of Mid Kansas in the amount of $2,269,549 finding, among other things that the Coop breached its contractual obligations to Mid Kansas.
