We are pleased to announce the law firms of Lee Law LLC and Roenbaugh Schwalb are merging. These two firms, one Colorado-based and the other in Kansas, will now function as one in delivering the same knowledgeable and effective legal services our clients have come to expect.

The new firm will benefit from the expertise of its principals.


Myndee M. Lee and Charles D. Lee bring decades of successful legal experience and insight to the newly formed practice. Their practice is focused on corporate issues and representation of clients in high stakes litigation matters. They have an enviable record of success.


Katie Roenbaugh Schwalb and Micah Schwalb also have extensive experience in corporate law. Katie counsels clients on business and intellectual property matters. She advises start-ups, artists, writers, and photographers on copyright, trademark, and general business matters. Micah’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity finance, and corporate law for clients in heavily regulated industries.


This new combination will create a firm with expanded capabilities across a range of of transactional and litigation practice disciplines including financial services, gaming, healthcare, agriculture, energy, telecommunications, software, and arts and culture.
