Micah Schwalb, Esq.

Micah's deal practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity finance, commercial agreements and licenses, and corporate governance for clients working in heavily regulated industries, both at home and abroad.  His compliance and regulatory expertise spans food and agriculture, financial services, gaming, healthcare, energy, natural resources, telecommunications, and software. Micah also serves as a fractional general counsel to a number of clients.

Micah began his legal career with Viaero Wireless, a rural cellular provider serving the Central Plains, and then spent several years as a member of the corporate and securities practice of Greenberg Traurig LLP before forming Roenbaugh Schwalb with Katie. 

 

He teaches a course on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism finance at the University of Colorado School of Law.
